Overview
The Infinium Omni5-4 v1.2 BeadChip delivers the most comprehensive genome-wide backbone in the Infinium Array Portfolio. This high-density array provides exceptional coverage of common, intermediate, and rare SNPs and leverages powerful tag SNPs selected from the International HapMap and 1000 Genomes Project (1kGP).1 Using the proven iScan system, integrated analysis software and Infinium LCG Assay, this four-sample BeadChip offers optimized content for whole-genome genotyping and CNV applications. The Infinium Omni5-4 v1.2 Kit is also compatible with the Illumina FFPE QC Kit and Infinium HD FFPE DNA Restore Kit. The Infinium Omni5-4 v1.2 Kit includes convenient kit packaging containing reagents and BeadChips for amplifying, fragmenting, hybridizing, labeling and detecting DNA samples using the Infinium streamlined PCR-free protocol.
