TruSeq Custom Amplicon
TruSeq Custom Amplicon (TSCA) is a fully customizable multiplexed amplicon assay for the MiSeq, with up to 1536 targets. If you are working with FFPE samples, we recommend designing your amplicons to be either 150 bp or 175 bp because FFPE samples tend to be more heavily fragmented than high-quality DNA.
