TruSeq Bovine Parentage Sequencing Panel
TruSeq Bovine Parentage Sequencing Panel is an amplicon-based assay using targeted resequencing for Bovine Parentage testing. Our panel includes all International Society of Animal Genetics (ISAG) recommended content, plus disease-associated economically relevant traits targeting a total of 265 SNP/Variant targets. The included software, Sequence Genotyper, translates variant call files (VCF) generated on the MiSeq to genotype call files generating reports for comparison across samples.
Provides kitted reagents including indexes to pool 96 samples per run, MiSeq v3 sequencing reagents to sequence up to 150 cycles, and software for analysis.
