This presentation will showcase that integrating proteomics into multiomic research is critical for driving function-first discovery and translating molecular variation into biological and clinical insight across discovery and translational studies. SOMAmer (Slow Off‑rate Modified Aptamer) technology enables highly specific, femtomolar‑sensitivity protein measurement across a broad dynamic range with exceptional reproducibility. Illumina Protein Prep (IPP) brings this proven chemistry into practical multiomics workflows by combining the validated 11K SOMAmer panel with a scalable Illumina NGS readout, enabling quantification of ~9,500 human proteins in an automated, end‑to‑end assay. With low CVs, strong longitudinal stability, and high throughput on NovaSeq, IPP supports population‑scale discovery, biomarker development, pQTL analysis, and clinically relevant translational research.
