ScriptSeq Complete (Bacteria) is formulated to efficiently remove rRNA from metagenomic samples that range from pure Gram (+) to pure Gram (-) and all combinations. When performing stranded analysis on samples prepared with ScriptSeq Complete (Bacteria), choose the FR=secondstrand option.
