高速で柔軟なフォーマット
Illumina Cell-Free DNA Prep with Enrichmentは、イルミナまたはIntegrated DNA Technologies（IDT）の一本鎖DNA（ssDNA）やTwist Bioscienceの二本鎖DNA（dsDNA）などの第三者ベンダーのユーザーが用意する濃縮オリゴヌクレオチドと互換性があり、コンテンツの移植性を向上させます。このキットは55～2000Kb（ssDNA）および70～2000Kb（dsDNA）のパネルコンテンツに対応し、柔軟な試験デザインを可能にします。シーケンス対応ライブラリーは、約8.5～9.5時間で調製でき、ハンズオンタイムはわずか約2.5～3時間。研究者は1日のうちに抽出したcfDNAからシーケンスまで行うことができます。NextSeq 550の推奨リード長は2 × 149 bp、NextSeq 2000およびNovaSeq 6000では2 × 151 bpです。
